这个问题涉及到我国刑法规定的追诉时效制度，答案是肯定的。不管是根据79年刑法对追诉时效的规定，还是现行有效刑法的相关规定，本案均没有超过追诉时效。79年刑法规定公安机关采取强制措施后，逃避侦查的，不受追诉期限的限制。现行刑法规定，公安机关立案侦查后，逃避侦查的，不受追诉期限的限制。据相关报道，案发后公安机关已经对相关嫌疑人采取过强制措施，本案不存在已超过追诉期限的问题。我国司法机关应该利用最新科技，穷尽可能的侦查手段，还被害人一个公道，维护社会最起码的正义。
